Pioneer grounding question

I have a Spec 1 preamp with two Spec 2 power amps connected to it. Each amp has a ground connection terminal on it and the Spec 1 pre has two. Are the two power amps supposed to be connected to those ground terminals? They currently are not and there doesn’t seem to be any issues.

The ground terminals are usually used for turntables. You don’t connect the preamp and amp grounds to each other.
If you don’t have the owners manual for the Spec 1,2, they are available for free online.
