Pioneer HPM-150 glass cover on super tweeter

Hi folks,
Is the glass cover over the super tweeter some special kind of glass? If so, where can I find that type of glass. I'm trying to find a replacement for a broken one. Can I use a typical piece of glass in this?

I have the hpm 1500's. Not sure if it's anything special other than being tinted/smoked glass. I would just have a glass shop cut one to size that's the same thickness. Maybe someone with more knowledge will chime in.

I'd probably get the glass tempered, but other that, just match the thickness and color and you should be fine.

Actually, if the original glass just cracked then it wasn't tempered to begin with. If it broke into little pieces then it was.
 
We're assuming that you're talking about the square smoked-glass cover over the top, and not the stack of clear plastic waveguides that stack around the cylindrical HPM tweeter itself.
