Pioneer PL-100 motor?

hi Gang,

I have a Pl-100 and the motor no longer works, Are these replaceable? Does Pioneer still make them?:scratch2:

I like this basic TT.

Hi,

I took the motor out, This is a 12 v motor correct? I am trying to test it with a 12 v power supply. No reaction to the power? I just want to be sure it is the motor. Enclosed picture shows the leads. I tried Red/Black no response.
Am I doing this correctly?:scratch2:

Well, given that there are four other wires, I'd say that your test is inconclusive. You'd need a service manual to see what those others are for.
