hello all!
I have read in other threads about this topic, but those comments were related to an elevator that works and just needs adjusting. Mine is not functioning. It doesn’t raise when power is switched “ON.” If I manually raise the elevator and bar up manually and lock down, the “DOWN” works, but the speed can’t be controlled. The manual shows the elevator spindle with a knob on the side (however, of all the photos I have seen thus far, I haven’t seen a model that has that.) I want to try and fix this myself, but need some photos and some direction please. It’s a really nice TT and I have been able to use it to play, but just being very careful with raising and lowering the tonearm with its correct features. Thanks!
