Pioneer PL-512 extra headshell - advice needed

Hi,
I want to get 2nd cartridge and headshell for my Pioneer PL-512 turntable.
Planning to buy what is usually described on Amazon as "standard headshell for screw-in tonearm mount" as there don't seem to be any specific replacement headshells for Pioneer PL line.

Now the question - I know the "standard headshell" will fit my mount type but will it be a "good match" for this turntable? Or maybe I should be looking somewhere besides Amazon to get specific replacement for Pioneer PL-512. I mean here e.g. same weight, material etc.

I personally do not place a great deal of importance on headshells. Since it's likely no two cartridges you come to own will be exactly the same weight. you'll be re-balancing the arm anyway whenever you do a swap, it's unimportant that both headshells weigh the same.

I use generic black "cheese grater" headshell on a Thorens TD124 and the same, only silver with Pioneer PL-630. Results are totally satisfactory. I did contemplate at one time, an ebony wood headshell for the Pioneer but it was strictly for appearance. I had no expectation of any difference in how the table/cartridge would sound. But the urge left once I came to realize spending $75 - $100 on a piece of bling was silly.

I use Ortofon SH-4 shells on my tables. They look sharp and have a nicely shaped arch for the finger, helpful for whose of us who are too lazy to fix our cue controls. I can't claim they make any audible improvement.
