Pioneer PL-520 Tone arm issue?

Picked up a pioneer Pl-520. I have no sound through the tone arm. I checked continuity with a MM and the RCA cables checked out fine, I was actually hoping that was the issue.

I found that when I tested the tone arm pins( where the cart goes WRBG) to the corresponding wires at the circut board, I only get a "Tone" from the White & Blue wires at the board with the top left pin only and the Red & Green wires at the board get tone on the bottom right pin only.

I see no visual breaks or damage in the wires and solder joints look good.
Assuming there is a broken wire in the tone arm, can the wires be replaced, if not are there any other compatible Pioneer model tone arms that would fit. The PL-520 had a 1 off unique style but it looks like another arm might swap, if it can be dissasembled.

Thanks,

Richard

What is the turntable connected to? You do know it needs to be connected to a receiver / etc with a dedicated PHONO input or a pre-amp to go into a line level input, right?
