Pioneer PL-570 part question

Hello all - I'm looking for a replacement rubber/plastic cap to cover the tonearm adjustment hole on my Pioneer PL-570. These caps cover 2 holes behind the tonearm which has adjustment screws in them. I have one. Does anyone know where I can find another? I'm not even sure of the proper name for the caps.
