Pioneer PL 600 Direct Drive Tonearm Drive Microswitches

I've not had much success locating the obsolete Omron SSL 08 other than matching the voltage tolerances. Has anyone out there found a reliable substitute for these switches? What is the correct operating force?

SS-5-F with 50gf Operating Force seems to be the correct switch; however, I'm a newbie at this.

One of the originals is not working, and preventing the auto return function. Therefore, I would like to replace both while I'm under the hood. Thanks for your input.

Per Omron tech support, this is the replacement switch for the obsolete SSL 08:

The only documentation I could find on this switch comes from our Japan website.

The part was discontinued in 1989. The notice above shows SSL08L and its suggested replacement as SS-5GL which has a hinge lever. The photos provided do not show a hinge lever. The closest match to your switch looks to be SS-5. This switch is SPDT, 5A at 125VAC contact rating, and no actuator lever.

Great stuff, same switch'es in the Pioneer PL-L1000 on arm elevator. I do not know where they think they need 5A @ 125V though, obviously OTT for logic control.
