Pioneer PL-720 how;

Gathering dust...
I found PL-720 in non working condition. Motor runs when I push start, arm goes up and moves to platter and begins looping..
PL-7 and PL-720 looks like same TT.
I disassembled TT completely. Top side came out easily, looks like someone might be in it before me.
Anyone got any idea where to look or check?

ps: I already got SM and reading at the moment.
