Pioneer pl-a45d

Hi folks, just picked up Pioneer PL-A45D. It's pretty dirty, hasn't been used in decades. I put a belt on it and all the functions are working, seller said in not working condition. So I've got a new project to work on. It had this taped down, I have no idea what this is. Doesn't appear to be original to the table. Any idea? It came with a Stanton 681EEE cartridge and an EEE stylus.

Pivot for a Dust Bug record cleaning brush, or similar product. Like a tonearm, but with a dustbrush instead of a cartridge.
