Pioneer PL-L1000 Dust Cover Hinges

I just picked up a PL-L1000 and haven't had a chance to fully check it out, although it seems to be functioning correctly, but right off the bat it is missing the dust cover hinges. I did a search on the bay for replacements but all I could find were hinges for a PL-L800 table. Does anyone know if these would be compatible or what hinges would work for the PL-L1000?

After looking at the PL-L800 hinges a little more it doesn't appear that they would work. However, the hinges off a PL-10 look like they might work. Any comments or help?
Also, the deck is missing the arm clamp. I have huge doubts about finding a replacement for this however it would be nice if a PL-L1000 owner could shoot me some detailed photos of the clamp so that I can get an idea of whether or not there is a homemade solution to replace it.
