So, this is the third QX-9900 I'm working on.
I'm still to see a protection board as called out in the SM:
None of the units I worked on have this board.
This time I took the proper time to reverse engineer and document the board that is actually in the receiver:
And now I am sharing with you, since it might be useful to others working in the same model.
There is no call out about versions of the AWM-028, the bard silkscreen just states AWM-028 and that is it.
Also, no call out in the SM about the possibility of a difference.
The fact that I found three of these with the board I just documented makes me think that the one in the SM was never really shipped out.
