Pioneer SA-508 NOT WORKING

Hey guys!

I picked one of these up but it's not giving me any sound. Any ideas as to why? I'll attach a photo. I want to start collecting audio equipment as I've been DJing for a couple years now. I would like to be able to self diagnose issues in the future hence why I'm writing on here.

headphones work?
speakers on? no knob, need to make sure the speakers are on.
