Pioneer SA-8800 value

Hey guys,

My first time posting here. I have a lead on a SA-8800 in full functioning condition. All lights and the blue meter is working. The wood case has some wear. The guy is asking $220 and doesn't want to come down from there. Is he asking too much, good deal, ... ?

Look at recent sales in eBay. From that I would say definitely a decent deal in working condition.
