Thanks for the help in advance.

With the amp hooked to the DBT and all adjustments set the relay clicks on and it plays. When i plug it into the wall however no relay click. I connected to the wire wraps again with the voltmeter and reset the bias/dc off set and nothing? So where do i start now?

When you say play, does it play from both channels with a pair of speakers with no distortion?

Maybe try recapping the speaker protection circuit.

I own the bigger brother SA-9500ll and with my DBT, it pops right on. Plugged straight into the wall, it takes about 5 or 6 seconds for the relay to click.

Check the voltage at the wall, if it's a bit high the protection circuit may be acting properly.

Try another outlet ?
