Pioneer SA 9500 work in Portland, OR

I have a Pioneer SA 9500. I bot it new in the 70's. It has a hum. I listen to it and everything else seems to sound good, but there is a constant low hum. I live close to Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, WA. Can anyone recommend someone/someplace to test and possible restore? I am new here and have no idea what it would cost but I imagine it is spendy.
