Pioneer speaker serial #s

Ok. I've got a pair of pioneer cs-66E speakers. Trying to determine their age. I know about the 2 letter format, but my pair are stamped with MM. I know they can't be from '66 (production didn't start until '69) and there is no month corresponding with M. Any insight is appreciated.

The following indicates that CS-66E speakers were produced from 1972 to 1974.

Following the "MM" is there a dash and 2 more letters?

I have a set of CS-99A. Serial Numbers NA-UI-xxxx and NA-UJ-xxxx. I am pretty sure the 'UI' and 'UJ' are the date codes. The 'NA' is on both and I think that is a designation for something else. The 'N' would be for 1967 which is impossible for CS-99A. I also had a set of CS-77 with the same 'NA' on each followed by 'QDS'. 'NA" can't be correct, but the 'QD' would make them 1970 April which would be correct; 1970 was the first year of production for the CS-77. Also have a set of CS-A500 with Serial # NA-RLAxxx. NA can't be the date code, it has to be the RL. I also had a set of CS-99 (non-A) with a similar serial number. I believe all the original owners were veterans and came with this documentation:

A lot of the Pioneer gear of that vintage that wound up in the USA was sold through the US Navy Exchange (PX, BX) system, so I think that NA designation had something to do with the destination market.
I saw another thread on AK about a set of Pioneer HPM-60's's that had the 'MM' designation like yours. See https://audiokarma.org/forums/index.php?threads/pioneer-component-serial-numbers.60932/page-6 post number 115.

The MM (NA in my case) is not the date code.
Here's a photo of the back of a CS-66:

MM is not the date code, SK is correct; S=1972, K=November
