Hi
I would like to ask you for the most precise procedure on how to set this up.
I have a dummy load, I have a signal generator, an analog oscilloscope and a voltmeter.
The correct value of the signal generator for adjustment is 1 Khz sine wave?
However, if I set 30V at 4 Ohms load, and I want to change the VR2 setting, then of course the voltage drops, or rises. This means that at the beginning of the adjustment I have to turn the VR2 trimmer to the lowest value, then set 30 V and only then adjust VR2 and therefore the upper part of the wave when the ideal shape starts to change? How much should the wave be damaged? Yes, I know that it is the upper half, i.e. the positive part, and then I have to adjust the VR3 trimmer separately at 28.3V and therefore the lower part of the wave.
I haven't found a video or any other detailed correct setup procedure on the internet, ideally with photos of what the damaged waves should look like and when VR2 and VR3 are definitely set correctly.
If anyone has time, can you make a video of the exact procedure, how to set it up correctly, especially a detailed display on the oscilloscope, when the limiter is already set up correctly, and what is the value on the voltmeter?Or a photo guide, with as extensive a detailed description as possible? It will probably help others who would like to set it up, or check the settings on the Spec 2 device.
Thank you in advance for your advice and helpful information. If a link to a Youtube video cannot be published, I would be happy to send you a private message...you can also send photos or some drawings and the setup process and checking the settings.
Have a nice day everyone.
