Pioneer spec1

Hello! The sound on my Pioneer spec-1 cuts out completely for about fifteen seconds and then starts up again. Fifteen minutes later, the sound recovers and comes back. I suspect the Reed relay asr-005 (75-10) on the amp filter. What do you think? Thanks

Probably.
But:
Rebuild the Mute circuit using the list here on AK.
There's a dead bug mod for the relay.
That pre is loaded with crappy failing signal transistors.
It could probably use a refresh.
Fantastic pre when gone over.
