How do you reset an overload Pioneer SX-250

please, somebody provide the correct answer.
This receiver worked fine until I got an Overload message and it shut off. I have checked my speakers (Bose), and the wiring. I have no power.
Other responses to this same question do NOT match my model.
Please tell me the exact steps to turn it back on

Is this a black 90's receiver? Check for fuses?
