Pioneer SVX-9500s vs. Pioneer D902s

Hi everyone. I have come across a couple Pioneer receivers for cheap the SVX-9500s and the SVX-D902s. Got them both for 100 bucks. Sooo.....is there a major difference between the two units? What are the pros and cons? Which one should I use? I plan on listening in stereo mode, I'm not interested in the surround sound. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks in advance.
