Pioneer SX-1980 low hum

Hi.

I have a Pioneer SX-1980 with a low hum after a power failure.
I was told to change the four 22,000/100V filter capacitors.
I have never change anything before since 1990.

When I opened it I found a loose black cable.
See pictures.
Can it be making the hum or do i need to change the capacitors?

There are to be two cables connected to that pin on both channels.

Looks like a ground connection. I’d connect that up first and make sure you have good contact.

I wonder how a rectifier ground wire breaks because of a power failure. But as said above, it has to be reconnected again as it has a good chance at being the cause. On another note those ecaps are getting old, might think of getting some new ones since computer grade ecaps are getting less available these days
PS there is a pioneer forum which is a place for most posts for that mfg.
