Pioneer SX-434 speaker binding post wiring

I recently acquired a SX-434, but it was missing both sets of speaker binding posts. Fortunately, I had a pair from a dead SX-535. When I installed them, I noticed the SX-535 had two ground wires, one of each channel. However, there's only one ground wire in my SX-434 that's routed to the speaker terminals. Is this normal in a SX-434?

If not, should I run a second ground wire? Or can I jump all four negative posts to one wire?

Whatever was originally in your 434, keep the wiring the same.
What's up with the 535? That unit is so simple, it can't be actually dead.
 
I don't know what was originally in the the SX-434. There's one ground wire running from the ground screw post to the speaker terminals. I don't know if someone completely removed one of the ground wires.

Thanks. I've looked at a few photos from web and it looks like there a single ground wire. But it's hard to tell for sure.

I think the schematic confirms that, looks like they're all directly grounded and not to a switch. If you have noise problems with one wire, I would divide.

They are a common ground speaker output. Just bind the negative speaker terminals to the one ground wire, and enjoy the music. :music:
