Pioneer sx 780 issues, sometimes hcannels dropping and protection clicking in

hello folks, iv tried on my own to see what may be wrong, and can't figure it out im a bit of a novice but have access to soldering tools a 50 Mhz oscilloscope, and a multimeter.

I have a pioneer sx 780 that I have given a recap to see if it will fix the issues, no real luck, iv replaced all caps and the relay with a new one. i am having some issues with a channel not working at points unless i switch in mono and sometimes it will work, as for the protection kicking it I can put the balance knob to one side and turn it all the way up, works this way for both right and left, but if I leave it in the middle I cant get the full power this is rated for before the relay clicks. any help would be appreciated on this unit

Here's a list of SX-780 threads. Read down the righthand side looking for the ones marked as being threads, not posts. Then see if the heading relates to your problem and read the thread for all kinds of ideas as to where to begin.

iv been looking thru but I had it working for 2 hours then gave it back to the person who asked, it seems that it will trip protection sometimes here and there when playing a song with the loudness switch on i had to make some ghetto adjustments to the loudness switch at the tie me to keep costs down but I may need to replace it but what else on that circuit could cauls this, more info to know i have replaced all capacitors, i have replaced the 3 power transistors including the d712, and the 2 diode bridge diodes with modern replacements
