Pioneer SX-780 no audio and no relay click

That board looks really clean actually. I think what you are referring to is the glue used to secure the aluminum heat sink to the board. Not heat damage. I see no noticeable heat damage.

Must have been a monday morning post hangover glue job. Man that is messy. Other than that the area looks good. But the solder joints DO look suspect.
