Pioneer SX-880 Recently Moved, Now Relay Click Is Intermittent

Hi. Sorry for another Pioneer protection-mode thread. I feel like this one could be fairly easily solved.

It always worked fine up until I moved into a new house last week. It was packed well and went in a moving truck.
It worked the day I set it up in the new house. Today, there was no relay click.
I flipped it over and took the base off. Nothing seemed weird.
Tested it upside down and the relay was working again.
Flipped it right side up: no relay.
Put it back upside down: relay works.
What's the first thing I should check here?

Could be something is shorting, could be something has opened. Possibly a cracked solder trace, etc.
Since it works upside down, get it going again then begin probing in different areas to see if you can get it to drop out. Tap on circuit boards, push on them to get them to flex a bit, tap wires etc.

Had a Sansui that worked, but after a bit went into protection. Had the bottom and top off checking all functions and it worked fine. Once I put it back together it would work fine, then after a bit would go into protection.

Found one of the screws that hold the feet on was longer than the others and was just shy of making contact with the circuit board above it. But once the weight of the receiver flexed the bottom enough contact was made with the screw shorting the board to chassis ground.

It took a few times of removing/replacing the bottom before I noticed the longer screw, which wasn't much longer than the others.

Thanks. I wiggled the relay around and now it works perfectly. Wondering if I should just reflow all the relay joints or replace the relay. Any suggestions?

i'd check for trace breaks using the continuity setting on the dmm. recently found 3 trace breaks connecting to capacitors and that caused spkr fuses to blow. resolved 2 obvious breaks and then found another one hidden for 3. reflowing with some flux would make the job easier and prevent solder bridges.
