Pioneer SX-9000 Blowing Main Fuse - HELP

Have my SX-9000 in the shop for blowing the main fuse after power-on. Shop tech has hit the trouble shooting wall. All the power supplies check good and he replaced the main filter cap, but still blowing the fuse.

Need some guidance on where to further check.

Blowing main fuse should be simple enough

Has he checked the outputs? Drivers? If those things are shorted, they will blow a main fuse just as fast as a shorted power supply.
