Pioneer sx1250, marantz 4400, marantz 2240, and other goodies.

This is silly, for no particular reason, I would like to know the value of some of my gear in it's current condition.

First up is my pioneer sx1250. The main amp worked beautifully up until a couple days ago. Then the dial lights went out, and it went silent. The preamp was all crackly when I tested it. It's in rough shape, metal parts of the cabinet are missing, am antenna is hacked off, but it's restorable.

Then comes my marantz 4400. It's pretty nice as far as aesthetic condition. I have both the wood, and metal case for it. Missing the cover for the quad processor. The power switch had a nuclear meltdown, so I replaced it with one from an old computer. It looks fine. One day, the main amp faded into distortion, then went silent. No smoke, nothing obvious burnt. As far as I know the scope still works.

The 2240 is in nice shape. My brother shorted the outputs. Should be an easy fix.

SX 500-700 needs a lot of work and a rebuild to be worth 2k or so and that work is a grand or a bit more
4400 500-700 and needs a full rebuild which is nearly 400 pieces to make it like new and cost 1500 or more but then the unit is worth 3100
2240 a couple hundred maybe, people pay stupid money for broken Marantz needs a rebuild of 400 give or take and then it would be worth whatever they sell for fully rebuilt.

Check the bay, completed sales, for parts or repair unit prices for these three.

I also have a couple marantz tape decks with really cool looking meters. One is the aluminum face we all picture when you say marantz. One is a horizontal one that doesn't fit the typical marantz style at all. What are those worth? They're in good shape, and worked 25 years ago when they were last used.
