Working on my receiver. I turn my volume up just a quarter of a turn, and relay cuts out. I recapped and replaced all transistors, in power supply and amp boards. Same problem. Measured and set bias and offset to service manual. I injected 1k sine wave, dc offset doesn’t go pass 10mv when the relay cuts off. Also bias stays steady 20mv.

I did replaced both 13v and 14v zenor diodes in power supply. Power supply voltage pin 7=47.2v, pin 4=34.3, Pin 2 = 47.3, pin 22= 47.3 pin 19= 34.2 pin 17=47.4
