Pioneer Tape Deck, Equalizer, Dynamic Expander, & Timer?

A friend is letting me evaluate these silver faced Pioneer components to possibly buy. Any opinions would be appreciated.
1. CT-F750 cassette deck. Powers on but the belts have all turned to goo. Also the faceplate is bent on both lower corners. How hard is it to replace the belts in this model? Any other likely problems.
2. SG-9800 equalizer. Powers on and seems to be working. Do these ever need to be recapped? Any other problems to watch out for?
3. RG-9 dynamic processor. Powers on and seems to work. The tape monitor button won't stay on. What other problems should I look out for.
4. RT-500 audio timer. This is a pretty simple clock/timer. Powers on and seems to be working. What should I look out for?
I'd like to make him an offer in a few days, so any opinions or ideas about values would be appreciated.

OK, I've had time to check these out now. The tape deck is in pretty rough shape with gooey belts and the big dings in the face plate. No way to tell if there are other problems without installing belts. I'm thinking of offering $25. The timer is worth maybe around $10? The dynamic processor is kind of cool, but with the malfunctioning tape monitor button, I'm thinking around $40. The big find and big question for me is the equalizer. It is cosmetically near perfect. It powers on, but seems to take a few minutes to work properly. What would cause this? I'm thinking capacitors or transistors. Would $100 be a fair offer? Anyone?

Unless you are a Pioneer freak, these all are well past their end of expected useful life. Plan accordingly.

This was all they had. I'm a Pioneer fan and already have an SX-1080 receiver, PL-530 turntable and CS-99A speakers.

I am a Pioneer guy at the moment and figure the equalizer will need to be restored. Just not sure how much that would run.

I gave him $225 for the lot. Pretty pleased with the way the new set up looks and sounds along with my SX-D7000 and PL-530. Next I'll order some belts and see if I can get the tape deck working.
