Pioneer tape motor internal component values

I wondered if any of you Pioneer experts could assist with the question posed by another member.

Inside the actual motor there is what looks to be a choke on one side and a capacitor on the other attached to the brushes. I have researched for years and no one can tell me what the value or part or how the choke is made. I have been told it is a microhenry choke or inductor?

Specifically, the values of the components inside a Pioneer RT909 motor are being sought, but I believe this componentry is shared among several motors found in Pioneer tape transports.

Sorry if I am the 471st person to ask this question. I don't hang out on the Pioneer forum, and searches have not been successful for me.
