Welcome to the AK turn table forum.

The T4P-Pmount type tone arm was set up at the factory and there is not much more that you can do.

Check the stylus /needle on the cartridge, is the diamond point still " intact"/still there?

If not you will need a new needle or cartridge.

You can probably replace the needle on the cartridge , do you know the make model of the cartridge.

Post some close up pictures of the cartridge if you can.

Here is a good cartridge for your turn table: Audio Technica AT 92 ECD.

I have tried using the turntable today and the tonearm won't go low enough to even touch the vinyl I don't have a clue what's wrong ? Here are some photos on the stylus area I can't see any model numbers

My eyes are not that good and neither are the pictures !

There does not appear to be any stylus/needle left on the cartridge.

Remove the cartridge from the tone arm, there should be a screw on the side of the headshell holding the cartridge in.

One you have remove the cartridge, you should be able to see make and model numbers on the heashell.

Post some more close up pictures of the cartridge after you have removed it from the headshell.

You can also use the the service manual for the Pioneer PL-Z 81 as a guide for the time being.

I can't fined the screw ?

A $26 dollar AT92 ed cart off of Amazon will get you going but, I think you have other issues with the table that also have to be fixed.
