Pionner SX-650 Weird Popping Problems

Few years back, I got an excellent condition Pionner SX-650. Love the thing, but recently both channels have a quite slow popping sound. It's a weird consistent clicking sound. If there isn't anything going though AUX and when I turn the volume up, the popping sound will increase. When I play music through AUX, when I increase the volume the popping sound is in the background of the muisc just so fantly. Everything on the stereo has this symptom e.i. AUX, Tape I & II, Radio,etc... I was told when I got the receiver that all the pots have been deoxit'd. I'm hoping this popping sound is an easy re-deoxit job with maybe new fuses, but I'm new this. I don't know. What do you guys think?

Does it sound like fairly regular clicking? Is there another new applicance that you have recently gotten in your home, ie: like a clothes dryer or fridge etc?

You won't believe it. As soon as you mention applicance, I noticed there's a wifi router 6 inches away from my receiver. I simply moved it a couple of feet away and the popping sounds went away. I didn't know a wifi router can interfere with the stereo.
