PL-41 speed control cover

I think I may be posting this in the wrong place, but nonetheless, here goes.
I am working on sprucing up a beautiful PL-41 and it has that corrosion issue on the speed cover that everyone has heard about (I'm sure).

Obviously i checked e-bay for a prettier one to now avail (none for sale whatsoever) , so was throwing a Hail Mary out to the forums to see if anyone had one available to sell?

If this is in the wrong section and should be in the marketplace or another Forum, I do apologize

Since I am a firm believer in owning a mistake, i realize now this is not where this should be based on:

so right out of the gate I broke a cardinal rule.

So- I'm Jeff, I'm new, and I am chasing some nostalgia from my childhood growing up playing with my dad's Yamaha Natural sound receiver and turntables in the 80's. I am an avid vinyl collector, but most recently following the urge to play this format on the equipment it deserves. I love the wood, the feel, the sound of the vintage gear.

How much to share? I am a software engineer specializing in healthcare EHR in Wisconsin and have twin two year old sons.

Jeff. All threads having to do with for sale, trade, looking for etc. must go in the Marketplace or if you are a subscriber, in BARTERTOWN.

1 clue. Look at the sponsor ad's on the HOME page and click on "ORGAN DONOR PARTS". Searh that website for PL-41 parts, and or send them an email asking if they have parts for one.
