I'm new to this forum, I hope it helps get my problem solved.
I have this turntable, which is wonderful, from a friend and I'm trying to make it work.
When I move the tonearm manually (from the low position) to the disc, it plays ok. Buy when I press one of the automatic function buttons, start/stop ou locate, it goes to the right position at the beginning of the disc bu, as soon as it gets there, it gets back to the rest position. the same happens if its in the up position and I try to put it over the disc. It only plays if I leave the tonearm at the down position and I manually carry it to the disc.
