Plastic hole plugs for rack mount holes

I've been searching the Internet to find a set of 4 plastic plugs to fill in the oval holes on the Parasound unit.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to finding another set of 4 plugs?

Similar and very pricey, not sure they would fit as I'm not sure there is a standard dimension for the oval holes in rackmount gear.

Yikes. Ten bucks (each plug), plus six bucks for shipping and handling. Hope they pack it really well -- bubble wrap, foam beads, double boxing, etc. :)

After nearly 40 years in audio, this is the first I've heard of this item. Gotta get out more, I guess.
As a not-quite-the-same alternative, I guess you could try some nice rack screws held on with nuts on the back...

The ones that I have pictured are from my SAE cassette deck, so they're the same size as the ones that are listed on EBay. I wanted a second set to use in the Parasound.

The hole dimension inside is 3/8 inch by 7/16 inch, with the outside of the cap 5/16 x 1/2 inch.

Wow, $10 each, used. Well I'll know if the deck ever goes to junk that the little plastic plugs are worth $10 each.

Aliexpress has a lot of hole plugs but pages of them to go through. You may be able to narrow down the search if you put in dimensions. Good luck.
 
Plan B ... take one of your inserts down to the local auto parts and see if they can come up with a similar plug ... looks like maybe the ones used for brake backing plates might do the job.

They even make them with recesses that might be handy for running wires as well.

Go to HD or Lowes and look in their specialty fasteners etc drawers and you might find something that works.

I'd probably try small black stick on button feet to cover the holes from the outside.
