Please help with c runtime error

Please help!
Every time I close Microsoft Word I get this error
and the program doesn't respond
Can you Please advice me how to avoid it.

Try deleting the .dot files (templates), you can move them to a temp directory as a trial, they'll be recreated. Also check that your default save directory exists.
Have you run Microsoft Update and gotten all the service packs?
