Cartridge question

Hi everybody,

Recently bought my first TT (Technics SL-3200). This is the cartridge and headshell that came with the turntable. (see pictures attached)

Is it good or bad? I'm considering swapping it back to original Technics. Is it worth it?

Any suggestions for cartridge and stylus for $60-80 budget.
