Please identify this cartridge and stylus?

It came with my recent acquisition, a Sanyo TP 1010 belt drive. I know it's not a stock cart/stylus because it should've come with a Sanyo branded MG9(?) type cartridge. The blue stylus is branded Shure on the front, but it's trashed. So, what type of Shure cartridge and stylus is this?

Also, any recommendations for a replacement stylus?

I get the following value when I tested it with my multimeter:

Right: 1.50 K Ohm
Left: 1.54 K Ohm

It's Shure's final-gen p-mount body in an adapter for half-inch mounting. Virtually the same innards as an M95 or M97 and will accept their styli or the aftermarket versions thereof.

there were 2 or 3 model numbers there. M92LT is one, I think the others may have been M95LT and M97LT?. Same generator on all of them, just different stylus. At one point I picked up the N97 hypereliiptical P mount stylus for one for small money and had it on a Technics linear tracker. The cart with its low hour stylus came back to me, and I moved it on to a friend with a Pioneer something that needed a P mount. Sounded miles better than the cheap AT cart it came with. It was a pretty fancy nail, telescoping cantilever and all.

The blue needle is an N99E - so it wouldn't seem unlikely, that it's an M99E body, just without its usual sticker on the top.

The adapter adds a little weight, but on most S shaped arms it's not a problem. I have a couple of P-Mounts in adapters, never had a problem with them.

Depends on the particular turtable/tonearm and cartridge. Ideally the arm should be pretty light (= low effective mass), as the (original) needles for T4P/P-mount cartridges typically are pretty highly compliant, and have a suffienct balance range, as a T4P cartridge plus adaptor will typically weigh roundabout 7.7 g. And then it should also be suitable for comparatively tall cartridges, as the combined height of T4P cart and adaptor will typically be ca. 20 mm - otherwise there may at least be a bit of a negative impact on VTA/SRA, but depending on the particular cartridge the suboptimal orientation may also cause an insufficient clearance between the bottom of he cartridge and the record surface.
