Hello, and Welcome to AudioKarma, the best audio site on the net!
I'm posting a quick description of what the Introductions forum is for, to save our new members from having their posts edited or deleted. This forum is exclusively for introducing yourself to the forum. Things like your age, your location, and your audio interests are welcome here. For instance, do you like vacuum tube equipment or solid state, or a mixture of both? Are you into huge speakers or bookshelf sizes? That's fine info to add into your intro. How and why you got into audio is also a great addition to your intro thread, which, BTW it's requested that you start your own thread instead of introducing yourself in someone else's already existing thread. Now, things to not put in your thread are questions regarding any of the audio equipment you may be interested in, those questions belong in the appropriate sub forums of AK, we have subforums catering to all aspects of the audio hobby. Likewise, questions of where to find parts and/or how to set up your equipment also belong in the appropriate subforums, and are not considered an introduction.
