OK soon I will have:

SA-9100 Amp

SG-9800 Equalizer

SR-303 Reverb amp

RG-2 Dynamic Range Enhancer

Along with:

CT-F900 Cassette deck

PDR-509 CD recorder

TX-9100 Tuner

and a tuirn table.

My question is how to dasiy chain the

SA-9100 Amp

SG-9800 Equalizer

SR-303 Reverb amp

RG-2 Dynamic Range Enhancer

Together so that I get the most benifit from each component. Do I run everything between the Preamp and the pwoer amp section of the SA-9100

Or is there a better way?

And is there any special order these accesory amps and sound modifiers should be hooked up.

Before I do anything I will have all the manuals but it would be nice to know as I'm trying to design my rack/cabinet.

I wouldn't know in what order you would set this stuff up.
However I am curious about reverb amps and dynamic processors.
I've used equalizers over the years.
Just wandering what benefits the reverb amps and signal processors are...

I'm told the reverb amp will add that little bit of echo (depending on how you adjust it) so that the music sounds more like a live preformance.

I'm told that the Dynamic Range Enhancer will open up recorded music especially from tapes and to so degree CD's. I take this to mean there will be cleaner highs and deeper lows in the sound.


To be really really honest I have decided to put both units into my system from a collectors point of view (same reason I have some camera accessories I never get around to using they were made for the camera therefore I must have them)

If I rarely use either then it will be money not very well spent. But I wanted my Stereo not only for the great sound but for the display aspect.

I never outgrew show and tell. I enjoy showing off my toys to my friends and having neat toys to play with. A stack of 8 components with a zillion knobs and those great blue displays That actually plays music what more could a guy in his late 40's trying to relive his youth (before he can't remember yesterday) want.

At least that is the therory I'm operating under
