Picked up a sa t of these at a church sale the other day for $2 a piece. My first ever real score! They had a plastic toy dinosaur inside for $1 more haha one of the smaller woofers is cooked but I already have a replacement on the way.

Congratulations! You can fix the woofer pretty easily. I'd suggest epoxying all the good ones so they don't shift as well.
 
I'm now using these on the B channel with my newly acquired Cornwalls on the A channel. Each on their own seem lacking in one way or another to me. The Cornwall are missing the higher end clarity I like and the M12 the depth. Together however, my house sounds like heaven!
