Hey guys, I've got a pair of Polk Monitor 10 (or is it 10a? All I know it has the Peerless tweeters)
I know that it's past time to change out at least the electrolytic caps in the crossover, but I need to find the schematic.
I understand that some improvements can be made, changing electrolytic to film caps types, for instance.
But then I ran into some posts about this "TL mod" that seems a bit more involved. I have intermediate electronics skills, I've built guitar pedals and amps from kits and can read a schematic, so I'm well equipped for this.
I just need to know what's the preferred path to go... Recap the stock circuit or update to the TL mod?
And also, if the TL mod, does anyone have a Mouser or similar parts list?
