No affiliation, just saw these on local CL and had never seen a pair for sale before. Outside my current budget and I couldn't move them anyway... But if you have a great need for 300+ lbs of speakers, well, go to.

I'd love them and they're 20 minutes from my apartment, but it's not to be.

(Apparently he's been trying to sell these for years, after glancing at other threads that came up. Odd.)

That is odd. $1,500 seems like a great price. Only thing that could explain the lack of interest is the weight.

Price seems reasonable for a pair of excellent speakers. The actual weight is 192lbs each which is easily handled by a couple of guys. Both speakers will also fit in the back of most suvs facing up so there's no magnet shift.
