Pop up scam ads won't let me view AK on my iPhone X. Anyone else experience this?

I've been able to view AK on my phone since I joined, but about 2-3 days ago, I started getting pop up scam ads saying I've won a Samsung device, and I need to log into Google, and now I get a similar one saying I've won something and I need to log into Verizon. I have no troubles on my desk top or lap top computers, but when I use my phone, within 30 seconds the scam ad pops up. I immediately close out of the page and reopen it, then it pops up again. Anyone else dealing with this? It's very frustrating. Is there a solution to my problem?

Completely eliminated the problem on my iPhone

Yup. iPhone I tried
Settings/Safari/Clear History and Website Data
then
Settings/Safari/Advanced/ and cycled JavaScript off & back on

We’ll see, so far so good
