I found a portable TT with a tube amp and headphone jack, that all of a sudden, only works at 78 rpms....

What is needed to convert this amp into a unit that can accept a phono and or CD signal?

I wish I had a pic...Oh! the tubes are gorgeous old stock GE's with orange labels...
