Unusually low price. Sounds too good to be true. This had been happening a lot lately on the Chicago CL I've noticed.

In addition, he says "I got these..." which implies he plans to flip them, then says he has to let them go due to family emergency, which sounds like they are a family heirloom. Spidey-sense tingles!
