Post formatting tools and emojis unavailable?

I seem to have lost ability to use post formatting options like bold, italic, lists, emojis, etc. I see the features/functions but all are grayed out.

This is regarding my Samsung smart phone and Edge app. I have not checked on a PC.

Anyone?

Disregard.

Found the "toggle BB code" setting under a "kebab" menu that also appeared grayed out. That got tools back.

I had to look that one up More of a low-carb meatball sandwich, though, IMO.

I was unaware of those monikers until somewhat recently. Hamburger menu, meatball menu, kebab menu, etc.
