I'm cooking country ham biscuits for an covered dish gathering for tonight. The ham is cooking now.
 
I bought a whole teriyaki chicken for Christmas, but I guess I'll probably start in on it tonight for dinner. I re-discovered a REALLY good snack though, that I haven't had in years. Whole macadamias covered in white chocolate. :drool: They're a little on the spendy side, but well worth it. :yes:
 
Standing rib roast
Danish potatoes
Grilled asparagus
Spinich salad
Lemon cake with strawbwerrys, blueberrys, and whipped creme.
 
Honey Ham glazed with pineapple and poked with whole cloves.

Mashed Potatoes.

Corn

Cranberry sauce

Gravy

Homemade bread

Desert.

Pumpkin pie with redi whip.
 
Tonight:

breaded/fried cod and oysters
linguine and a seafood alfredo made with fresh lobster, crab, scallops, and shrimp
cole slaw

Digging in commences around 6:00EST :banana::drool::banana::drool:


Tomorrow:

baked half a ham studded with whole cloves and brown sugar glaze
cubed cheesy taters
a veggie side of some sort
fresh baked biskits

Desserts have not been determined at this point but there's plenty here to choose from.

Ok, what goes in sauerkraut salad?
 
Been at work since 7:00PM and won't be off till 7:00AM (on Christmas). My evening meal was a microwave dinner. :P :thmbsp:

Well for breakfast, I'm having a slice of 18 layer cake. Yellow cake with choc. icing. Maybe 5 inches thick. Old lady made it and told me how she made the layers. I have another slice for later.

Heh, I got a little dumb playin' records & stuff yesterday, & never did dig into the chicken. I just popped that & some wild rice in the oven, plus I have some dill green beans to heat up too. And some various snacks. ;)

Dessert of chocolate Guinness cheesecake.

Breakfast this morning:

Cranberry/Orange/Walnut bread along with oatmeal made with fresh apple cider, chopped Granny Smith apple, walnuts, raisins and cinnamon - topped with plain yoghurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
