pot for sx-1050

Does anyone know where I can get a 50hz bass potentiometer? I need one for my Sx-1050. Does mouser.com sell these? I couldnt find any. I figure since I have to by some transistors for my sx-1010 might aswell buy the pot too. Trying to fix my two sx-1010`s, sx-1050 and my sx-1280.

This is a Pioneer-only part. I believe it is used in the 1050, 1250, 1280, and 1980.

It is a custom part, it is actually a dual wafer 5 position switch, each wafer has a ceramic substrate with the resistors printed onto it, and laser trimmed. The contacts are usually gold - thus they rarely misbehave.

But that doesn't rule out good old mechanical damage.

Can one out of a Spec 1 work? I still have that Spec 1 parts unit, all pots but volume intact.

Yeah, the Spec 1 is a switch, with the resistors on the PC board. The aforementioned receivers are stepped potentiometers.
